2010 NBA Finals and the consequences

NBA finals have left many with the thought of many basketball fans as to the staggering match between Boston Celtic's and Los Angeles Lakers in the 2010 NBA finals....

Not many have thought that Boston will be facing Laker's as Cleveland came in to the Playoff's with the best league record and have Home-court advantage but it seems that it was undone by some poor performance by LeBron James and co.. Notably Mo Williams, Delonte West, Antawn Jamison in which Cleveland traded with Washington Wizards for Antawn to help Bron Bron to get a championship but he flopped beyond recognition as LeBron handles the offence and are not a wiling passer in tough situation unlike players like KB24 where Kobe Bryant now trust his teammate to make shots should he be double team by the opposition but LeBron James do not passes the ball in tough situation but rather taking all of the shots.. i wonder the management bother getting help if Bron Bron decides to go SOLO?

back to my point...

Boston Celtic is an ageing team... there is no doubt about that... Ray Allen at 35, Paul Pierce at 33, Kevin Garnett at 34, Mike Finley at 37.. this is sad.. to compound things further... Rasheed Wallace have retired after playing in the NBA for 15 years whilst racking numerous Technical Fouls along the way... :D

whilst the Team is ageing... theres another sad fact that needs addressing which is

Marquis Daniels
Eddie House
J.R. Giddens
Paul Pierce
Brian Scalabrine
Shelden Williams
Nate Robinson

in which I'm certain none of the players mention apart from Paul Pierce should he opt out of his contract to renegotiate a better deal *which is SELFISH* on my belief... shouldn't do it cause if you want to win a championship.. you need a good team and a young team since there are little choice in the whole ROTATION any ways other then the Glen "Baby" Davis who were exploited by Lamar Odom for the lack of speed because of his weight.. in certain Finals match-ups *only in Los Angeles Lakers Home Court Tho*

I foresee that Boston would have a dire run for a Championship as Doc Rivers might retire or take a Sabbatical Leave Of Absence to see his kids play in College or AAU league... which he missed whilst coaching in Orlando Magic and Boston Celtic..

On the other side of the story... Los Angeles Lakers are set where the core players Pau Gasol, Kobe Bryant, Ron Artest, Andrew Bynum, Lamar Odom in the midst... a mix of youth and experience do get along pretty well if you ask me :D

only down side is that certain players are very different... a few others might not return from Laker's as have these players who are free agents Adam Morrison, Jordan Farmar, Shannon Brown, Derek Fisher, D.J Mbenga but I only foresee Jordan Farmar and Adam Morrison not returning to the team with the strong core intact but signing Derek Fisher is a priority at the moment while Shannon Brown intents to return if Los Angeles Lakers are willing to sign him up as he did a good job as a backup to Derek Fisher :)

The Draft is finish and now the world waits for Free Agency although this is the time to resign players or lose players. :)
