As u all know, Olympics are around the corner and Football will be one of the headlining events as Brazil will have a superstar team in the Olmpic gold as they have brought Ronaldinho which recently join Ac Milan from Barcelona, Deigo the playmaker from Wender Bremen, and Rafinha from Shalke 04... both Wender Bremen and Shalke 04 is from the Geman First Division. The Brazilian Under 23 team have proven stars like Deigo, Rafinha, Anderson from Manchester United, Alexandre Pato from Ac Milan, Jo from Manchester City .. This is a team that assembled to win The Olympic Gold for the First time in Brazilian History.

but Wender Bremen and Shalke 04 have disputed that they need Deigo and Rafinha for teh German League matches.. they brought their case against FIFA (the International Body of Football) and they lost their appeal and they are bringing their case to the Court of Arbitration.

Which i think that Wender Bremen and Shalke 04 will lose the fight, Barcelona is in a struggle to hold on to Lionel Messi as Barcelona need to qualify to the Champions League proper by playing in the last round of qualifiers. Shalke 04 also need this hence they aren't wiling to let Rafinha go....
