twisted ankle ... the pain that i suffered !!

Yesterday was one of my unfortunate event where i sprained the same ankle that i previously sprained only i knew that this sprain ankle is way way worst compared to the other sprain ankle .. i was running forward with the basketball * i was playing basketball when this thing happen hence this thing usually happen * after the sprained ankle...

... i toiled long and hard to walk back home which is hard considering the pain i am as i couldn't even feel my left leg for a couple of minutes... i eventually feel my leg but its not the feeling that i wanted as the pain was unbearable ... seriously .. i think my sprained ankle might be even worst then XiYing have but who knows.. she and i would only know the pain ..
